Clarification of the E.I.T. application process
The 2025 Agreement added language to allow for Skilled Trades job postings as part of the Local Transfer Agreement. As a result, there will no longer be an E.I.T. list and all E.I.T. jobs will be posted for 30 days. The employees eligible will have that 30-day period to apply and all applications will be filled in seniority order. There is one E.I.T posting that was not filled (502J Blade and Vane Maker at 79th street). This opening will be posted again but for only 1 week August 12-19th to allow for employees to apply. If you have questions, please contact your Union representative.
This is a dayshift position and new hires with over 90 days seniority may apply.
